Refund Policy

At Honey & Halo Healing Inc., payments are made after each service is delivered. As a result, refund situations are rare.
1. Completed Sessions
Since clients pay after receiving a session, refunds are not provided for completed services.
2. Cancellations
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. If you need to cancel with less notice, we reserve the right to charge a fee or decline future appointments.
3. Service Interruptions
If Honey & Halo Healing must cancel or reschedule due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, your appointment will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
4. Digital Products
When digital downloads become available, all digital purchases will be final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued on downloadable items.
