Before entering healthcare, I spent over 15 years in the hospitality industry, where I learned the importance of genuine connection, attention to detail, and creating an experience where people feel truly cared for. As a former professional athlete, I also developed a deep appreciation for the body, recovery, discipline, and overall wellness.
