Welcome to Honey & Halo Healing. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and all services provided by Honey & Halo Healing Inc., a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada. By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

Honey & Halo Healing provides non-medical prenatal and postpartum support, including doula care, emotional support, breastfeeding guidance, meal preparation, herbal support, bodywork, and virtual check-ins. All services are intended to complement, not replace, the care of licensed medical professionals.

We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. We do not provide midwifery, nursing, or clinical services. Clients must continue to work with their primary healthcare providers for all medical needs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to book or receive services. By booking, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a contract.

3. Booking and Payment

Clients may book through our online scheduling system, by phone, or by email.
Payments are currently accepted in person by cash or e-transfer after the completion of each session. Credit card payments may be added in the future through online booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before their appointment. If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, Honey & Halo Healing reserves the right to charge a fee or decline future sessions.

5. Refunds

Since payment is collected after the service has been delivered, refunds are generally not required or provided. If a session cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will reschedule at no additional cost.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information regarding their physical condition, postpartum recovery, and any relevant medical considerations. Clients agree to inform us immediately of any concerning symptoms or health changes and to follow the advice of their healthcare provider.

7. Limitation of Liability

Honey & Halo Healing is not responsible for injury, discomfort, or outcomes resulting from the misuse of information, failure to follow medical advice, unsafe home environments, or circumstances outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honey & Halo Healing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, videos, and downloadable materials, is the property of Honey & Halo Healing and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

9. Future Digital Products

Digital downloads offered in the future will be licensed for personal use only. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or resale is prohibited.

10. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
